Service and legal operator
FDEDO offers business discovery, source organization and candidate AI diagnosis. The actual operator, legal address, dispute terms and effective contract remain pending review. This is an unpublished draft.
Accounts and company access
Users must be authorized for the organization they access. Company owners control membership and must review invitations granting visibility into business materials. Credential sharing and unauthorized access are prohibited.
Ownership and lawful uploads
Customers retain rights to legitimately provided content and represent that they have authority for the specified use. Sanitize and minimize before upload; do not submit secrets, unauthorized personal information or material barred by confidentiality obligations.
Allocation of responsibilities
Customers are responsible for their legitimate rights and authorized source submission. The platform remains responsible for its own non-waivable data protection, access controls, security and incident duties; it does not disclaim liability for its own statutory failures.
Draft AI outputs
Model-generated analysis can be wrong or incomplete and is not necessarily expert advice or a verified implementation recommendation. Customers must independently validate business-critical outcomes.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
Prices, currencies, subscription renewal, cancellation and refunds must be presented before any charge. Formal paid diagnosis and report publication are currently unavailable.
Content identification and misuse
AI-generated output must carry required disclosures and markers under applicable law. Users must not forge required labels or evade access and source-safety rules.
Updates and disputes
Material terms may be updated with notice, but operating entity and formal dispute channels must be approved before publication.
Regulatory and provider references
Source submission and external AI processing require separate permissions.
