Current state
Formal customer-source transfer to DeepSeek is disabled. Browsing this page, signing in or accepting the site contract never grants model access.
Proposed model provider
The proposed provider is the DeepSeek API. Its Open Platform Agreement requires the downstream operator to establish its own processing notice and applicable legal basis; its consumer privacy policy is not a substitute.
Limited information and purposes
Future authorized uses may include scoped needs analysis, bounded questions, draft three-pass checks and solution text. Never automatically upload a whole enterprise repository, unauthorized personal data, secrets or unapproved originals.
Region and retention
General DeepSeek privacy statements do not verify API-specific processing location, logs, retention, use for training or contractual terms. These must be reviewed before live use.
Explicit source-specific choice
Before transfer, show company project, source revision, recipient, verified region, purposes, estimated fees, risks and a clear opt-in or decline. No preselected approval and no carrying consent forward after sources change. Declining prevents model transfer.
Withdrawal and deletion
Future consent may be withdrawn as supported. Withdrawal cannot retroactively undo earlier delivery to a third party. Provider erasure rights require contract-specific verification.
Risks and responsibilities
Models may be incomplete, wrong or biased. The operator remains responsible for its own lawful notice, scope, safeguards and provider assessment, while submitters must have authority and sanitize content appropriately.
Labeling, audit and budget
Released AI-generated outputs may need appropriate explicit/embedded labels; usage limits, source revision evidence, authorized scope and error handling must be implemented before commercial activation.
Regulatory and provider references
Source submission and external AI processing require separate permissions.
Listed sources are not a compliance certificate; relevance depends on jurisdiction, operator and actual processing.
